I love your plugin and thankyou so much for creating it. I am having one problem with it which i hope you can help with when selected to show more than one month at a time the next month deisplays below rather than to the side, this also shows in the admin area. see website example here http://visitllangrannog.co.uk/availability. Hopefully its something i can rectify. Thank you

Hi I Have Booking premium, I want to show 3 next to each other and then after that again under it 3 and so on and on. Any tips? I tried some things but they didn’t really work that well

Nice tool, but I have a few questions. How do I edit the following text to customize it for the text I want:
“Your reservation at dates: November 2, 2009 has been approved.”
“Thank you, Booking service.”
And how do I reduce the width of the fields for Name, Email, Phone, Details. It does not fit in my sidebar. Please visit http://test02.brennajue.net/?page_id=104 for example.
